At Beauvi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

- You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

- Please contact us at info@bybeauvi.com before returning your item so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.


Refunds

- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your product and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bybeauvi.com with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


Shipping Costs for Returns

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as Beauvi cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned if opened or used (e.g., facial tools, brushes, or hair accessories).
